I'm sorry but this is forbidden due to Steam Subscriber Agreement.
"You may not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, or otherwise transfer your Account."
If it's game your going to gift away, instead of giving away complete Steam account, you may contact me via PM, otherwise I close this one.
