Just find the other door in your map that has the same name and rename that one.

Perhaps exit all amnesia-affiliated programs (e.g. Amnesia game, level editor, notepad, etc.) and restart.

Perhaps the hps is having an issue with the map, but the log says the issue is the hps. Check the map

Maybe you should add Statyk on steam. He seems to solve all your problems.
