The sound is in both redist/custom_stories/Test/sounds/ and redist/sounds/CustomI've tested in both devmode and the custom story itself. The sound plays in the editor, so I know the file itself works.
If I could get some remote assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.

I wasn't being arrogant, I had replied to flamez3's question, and he had yet to reply back. The purpose of a help forum is to assist other users with their issues, not tell them to "figure it out". I don't think many people would appreciate me hopping from topic to topic telling them to figure it out themselves.

No Eagledude4. We HAVE helped. You see that this thread for a sound has reached FOUR pages? That seems too much to me and we have given you what we could from here. You can either hand the sound over in an attachment and we could try it ourselves and hand it back, or there's something you're not telling us.
I have been helping you with each issue you have had, big or small.

Sorry mate, the only tips I can give is for you to remake the sound. I don't know what else to do. And as Statyk said

I realize you guys have helped, and I'm thankful for that. I didn't say you guys havn't helped. So what if the thread is 4 pages? I don't see a problem with asking questions to get a better understanding of my problem and a possible solution. I'm telling you guys everything I know about the issue.
I don't see sharing the sound file being helpful, because both sounds I tried both work. Like I keep saying, they work in the editor, but do not play through scripting.

I'd send you the file, but I don't know which file is problematic. The issue has occured with 2 different sound files, that both work (but not when called through the script) Would either of you guys like to provide me with remote assistance?
