M'yeah, might be, seeing as the place has electric machinery though, it doesn't seem very logical.

I would guess autodesk Maya

Nope, 3D's max, PS CS5 and Zbrush.

This looks a bit random ^^. Why did you decide to make a light like that? But it looks high quality none the less c:
