I read online in the redis folder there is a file called super_secret.rar and the password to open is lke271tyr299odn314 I read about this on a cheat code site. Is this a custom story or what?...

It contains a lot of the development process of Amnesia. Custom story creators should look into it to gain insight on how to organize a story and design maps.

There were ideas in there that i found interesting that weren't implemented for the final product which provided insight on the workings of entities, which i might make use of that knowledge for one of my projects. But in the sense that i've used their methods to improve my methods for creating a custom story, i haven't.

Yeah basically they have had this for amnesia and penumbra ... just full of concept art and stuff. Pretty good.
