Game development requires much more than just a knack for elementary and intermediate programming. And I never am completely satisfied with my code. Always seems...messy. RE: Palistov's Amnesia HPL2 Add-On Collection - palistov - 06-14-2012 Andy, the danger mechanic made its debut in Hunter, the St. Patrick's Day map for my holiday series However that one was designed to control the ambient soundscape and player screen-effects. This one will likely be used to trigger random events around the map. It's difficult to do so though, because everybody's maps are unique and different, so I can't make any one single event that will fit perfectly. I'll likely make a system where the player writes their own events and functions, and the danger system calls them when appropriate.
