I just bought the Penumbra Collection through the FG online store and when I tried to download the game through the Frictional Games shelf it said that there was no such purchase. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Hi, the company running the store did some maintenance to the system so I think there were some problems due to that. Please send your order number to me in a pm or to the support email address so that I can look it up and fix.
