CrankyOldMan.

I believe one day he will return, riding horseback on a stallion made of flames, yet it will be cool to the touch. He will restore peace and order to the forum, giving praise and criticism where it is needed, and occasionally offering coding help for even the most advanced of problems. Bridge will be waiting with open arms, eager to debate even the most mundane of topics with his long-absent comrade. The horns of Mt. Olympus will sound, and he will descend from the Heavens to live amongst us mortals.

He is not the coder we deserve.
He is the coder we need.
He is Cranky.

CrankyOldMan was a complete douche, but he was hilarious.

His sarcastic ways and truthful words were something I could admire... But he WAS a dick sometimes. haha. I liked the guy.

I wish Anxt or myself had never used the knights as a scare. La Caza was the first, only by release date. I even saw a YouTube video of La Caza with someone saying the knights were an overused idea. Feels bad, man.

It happens, people usually lack creativity and overuse others ideas in bad situations :/

You should have just replaced that entire event with a wall of flying naked bodies with the iron maiden sound, clearly that's the standard for true horror in Amnesia mods.

>You wake up and you don't remember anything
>Horrid pacing, avoid it.
>having text pop up that represents what the protagonist is feeling and/or saying

As long as I don't want to trash forum with another one "Custom Story?" thread I'll better ask here...

I'm completely new to custom stories - so I'd like to ask which one among them is truly recommended for a try? I've checked MODDB Amnesia mods section - and there're toooooooooooo many of them custom stories, it's nearly impossible to choose anything without a good advice.
