Followed By Death Chapters 1+2, much like the original game, it starts off slow and builds up rather nicely. Chapter 2 is the scarier part, but for the sake of the story I highly suggest you play Chapter 1 first

Killings in Alstadt has a pretty good combination of both scary atmosphere and jumpscares, if you want both.

The only custom story I've played that made me want to crawl under the carpet and shake like Amnesia did is Tenebris Lake.
