Use the environment to your benefit Smile

Spoiler below!
Grab a rock/chunk of concrete from the ground and bash out the bad piece of pipe.

There should be a curved piece of pipe on the ground, too. Grab it and carry it over to the now-open pieces of pipe and you'll magically connect everything together.
