A Question About Games - Zaffre - 08-15-2012

Okay. I'm getting bored of the games I play regularly (Minecraft, Amnesia etc.) and I have some I'm considering installing. The ones I have in mind are Oblivion, Spore, and Fallout 3. I'm going to install one of these and see if it has a lasting appeal. What game do you think I should install?

Fallout 3 all the way.

Spore and its expansion Galactic Adventures all the way!

Oblivion, that game is so full of sexy it's incredible.

Shivering isles expansion is quite something else aswell.

Fallout 3, I own it for Xbox but I wanted it for PC. Luckily, Steam had an id/Bethesda sale a week or two ago!

Out of the two of those I have played, I will have to say Oblivion. As Traggey said, it is so full of sexy it is incredible.

Oblivion if you like fantasy and a epic adventure.
Fallout 3 if you want to be a rogue badass who roams the waste scavenging for things and killing bands of evil mutants(for example; NickelBack).
Spore if you like the idea of a simple but fun adventure through customization and freedom! (And if your computers can take the shit!)

I'd recommend Thief 2. It has a pretty decent storyline, gameplay can be challenging, but just enough so that you're constantly wanting to play more. Time wise, I've already put maybe 12 hours into the game and I don't think I'm halfway done yet. That may be because I explore every inch of the map, but that's besides the point.

Get Morrowind, it's worth all the time you might spend with it.
