I've never heard of this "event horizon" (Besides the movie. And I still haven't seen it). What is it?

@Statyk's previous time post: It took me several reads of your post to understand it, but I now think what you believe in is the concept of "destiny", which is a single branching line of time which has already all been decided. So even if you were to go back in time, in the "destiny" version of the line of time, your going back to do something has already been done in the past, and affected the future from which you are leaving, thus changing nothing.
But here's another thing to think about. What if time does not function in a single line of destiny, but rather an "alternate dimension" theory? What this means is that by performing time travel you would branch out different worlds/dimensions in which different actions took place. Hell, by this logic, there could be very well trillions of alternate dimensions, all the combinations of every possibility that could have ever happened.
PS: Time's confusing, I know.

I suppose I fit that category without even knowing. Haha.

And what you're saying is that there are basically infinite worlds? That's tough for me to believe in, but I understand the concept. I still believe in the "single line" of time.

Outside the event horizon, it looks like time has stopped there (the closer to the epicenter, the slower). From the perspective of the person "IN" the black hole (before death), time's still the same.

I suppose it would, wouldn't it? Technically time is relative to age or the movement of something. If all remains still, it is believed that time has "stopped". We may not see a sun or moon, but would our cells continue to grow? Therefore time would still be continuing, as you would be aging.
