If you make a riddle people might get interested. if you put number based riddles we will all run away from it like the devil from the cross.

don't expect to see an answerer to it anytime soon.

A nice riddle like in "Condemned". Something like that might draw people in like a big cake draws a fat kid in.

x^4 - 46x^3 +740x^2 -4898x + 11115
The roots of the polynomial x^4 - 46x^3 + 740x^2 - 4898x + 11115 are:

19, 13, 5, 9

smei ?

And does this have anything to do with time? :)

RE: Time? - nemesis567 - 09-29-2012

Trying to understand time is pointless, just as it's pointless to try to understand anything else in our world. We live in beliefs, not on anything else. The only certainty we have is that created by ourselves.

RE: Time? - Robby - 09-29-2012

It isn't completely pointless though. Maybe if you study it for long enough you might discover something. As little as that may be.

RE: Time? - nemesis567 - 09-29-2012

No, you won't. As you walk trough your life you come to understand how unfitting everything is. Take a degree on philosophy and you'll quite fast understand that ALL science can be easily took down. You believe, consciously or not that the world has a meaning and something that moves it, laws, rules w.e. you call it.
Everything is just a perception of your brain, to the point that you can't be sure of your own existence in the world as is. There might just be your brain, I might not be here, I may not exist. It's all a perception.
After all, it all comes down to the cycle of science. Science is built upon certain paradigms, then it all crumbles apart, and it beings from 0 all over again. Upon taking knowledge of that "truth", I believe it's quite hard to believe we will find something that tells us how the world works. After all any theory that's present at the time can't work for everything, just for very limited conditions.

Yes that's the roots and the word is time!
19 , 9 , 13 , 5

Science is not based on paradigms -_-. It is proved and confirmed through mathematics and experiments.

RE: Time? - Kazakarumariou - 09-29-2012

Time is the death of everyone. It cannot be stopped or can it restart.

That's what I know about time.

Besides being born dead I think the only thing that can kill you is time. Unless you know the secret to stopping time! Message me right now!
