If you have an ATI/AMD card, visit amd.com and download a driver for it, install it and you should be good to go.

Don't know really, maybe the driver is not updated or something went wrong or you graphics card is not supported or possible it is using the wrong card if you have two.

my friend have the same video card like me and when he buy the game, he have no problem.

Having bought the game without knowledge of the power of your computer is not anyone's fault but yours. I'm pretty sure a refund is impossible.

I gave many possible explanations to why it keeps crashing. As I said it could be that the driver failed to install properly or similar, so you'll have to re-try and troubleshoot to solve. It is not really possible to say what is wrong without knowing anything about the computer or configuration.

Don't use "Can you Run it?". It gives you some incorrect results sometimes (had it happen over here).

Yes that is because you either have not installed the proper drivers, or they have failed to be installed or your card is not supported or there is something else wrong with the configuration of your computer or operating system.

On the website, it say this is what i need to run that game. My graphic card, is a ATI Radeon x1650 series. Its very much better than what is needed. Please fix it or refund.
