I know it's a silly question but...How to upload a photo in a post???

You can use an attachment, or use the image button. Type in a URL of the image and bam, there you have it.

Example: I use this link http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lzwjylLO4B1qg18ug.jpg

In the picture option to get this

What I like to do is upload an image to imgur, which is an image sharing site. Then I use the embed code that has the [IMG] tags, then copy and paste it into the post.

Exactly what Zaffre said. Imgur, imageshack or some other image sharing site can be used.
