I bought Amnesia as a DVD at Staples. There is no serial key provided in the package or on the store receipt. I will be returning this to get a refund. If you can't get it right the first time...

This thread is pointless. Staples messed up the packaging. You are acting like you think the staff at Frictional Games hand packages each and every box.

Like Blast said, this is fault of the packager, not the creator. Simply go back to Staples (I didn't even know they sold games, let alone Amnesia...) and show them you did not get one. I'm sure they'll help out.
