Penumbra Black Plague Ending - GoranGaming - 01-27-2013

I just finished Penumbra Black Plague. I don't understand the ending. The voice in your head turns into a monster, and then, he gets killed. After that you get teleported to a strange place with a guy talking about mankind...

Could anyone explain?

RE: Penumbra Black Plague Ending - Statyk - 01-27-2013

That voice you hear is the Tuurngait. The mind of the infection. I haven't played it in awhile, but if I remember correctly, they're saying they didn't want to do this to mankind, they wanted to be left alone, but mankind's curiosity in figuring out what the Tuurngait was pushed the Tuurngait into fighting back, which is what you get from the infected monsters. It was speaking to Phillip to tell him the truth, that the Tuurngait are not monsters, they were just retaliating. So Phillip typed the message out on the computer, to stop mankind from digging further into this.

Hope this helps a bit =P
