Yes, and now I can add this solution to the guide. So, thank you for trying to find the problem when most people would have given up on it and demand a refund. Have fun with the game!

I just wanted to follow up and point out that the issue has been resolved with Catalyst Driver 13.4. I am now able to play the game without having to decrease the DPI scaling.

Thank you SadPanda for the update. AMD is known to have OpenGL issues all the time.
