I lost the piece of paper that had the serial number on it that came with the hard copy I bought on Amazon last year in a recent move. Is there a way I can retrieve it or get another one?

Try to contact Jens via pm. He might be able to help but in this case I'm not so sure. Give him all the info you can remember like the email used etc...
