Well, in my Custom Story there'll be a place where it rains. And i have absolutely no idea about how to make the rain.
Can anyone help me?

In the leveleditor there is a button titled particles. Click that one and specify "ps_water_rain.ps" in the particles folder. Click on your map. Particle system is created.
