ok, well after testing the game keeps crashing again and again. i have removed all other versions of amnesia from my computer but still no result. what can i do now?

have you included custom models/stuff to your story? After the crash occurs attach again the file HPL.log from Documents\Amnesia\Main.

no I explicitly removed them from the .map file to test if they where the cause of the crashes

where is the HPL.log file? The one at post 1 is older.

You are still not running the game from steam.
1) Copy your custom story folder from C:\Program Files\Amnesia The Dark Descent\redist\custom_stories and paste it to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\amnesia the dark descent\custom_stories.
2) Launch Steam and follow THIS guide to do a file integrity check.
3) Run Amnesia from within Steam and try running the game and then your custom story.
4) If the problem persists, attach the HPL.log file again.

it keeps telling me that he can't find the file, FATAL ERROR could not load world file (file location)

Can you list here the contents of your '...\custom_stories\' folder?
It's looking for the files in that folder, normally a custom story will have its own folder within custom_stories\ , and then the maps & scripts contained within a 'maps' folder, with a config file pointing to the starting map. I'm not certain how much of it is necessary (on my work comp atm so I can't test it) but it might be worth you replicating the structure & setup of a working CS to see if that might be the issue.
The errors are saying the map & scripts don't exist, so is it possible you've listed them incorrectly in the custom story settings config file?

inside my custom_stories folder is both my .map and .hps,do i need to change the location then?
