I'm bummed too, as I've said. But I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. They did go out of their way to say it's not an "absolute no" to PC.
Sony is getting a good deal of temporary indie exclusives for the marketing of the PS4 launch. There's a good chance that Rapture will still come to PC.
Again, it's a shame. But sometimes things like this are necessary for small companies to stay afloat. I'll reserve judgment. If it remains exclusive, I'll definitely be annoyed. I'd still play it on PS4, eventually. But I prefer to have my game collection mostly on PC, in one place. Especially from developers that I follow closely like Frictional and TCR.
I'm all for multiplatform though. I'm not a fan of exclusivity in any direction. Just, doesn't seem like a good choice to leave PC behind entirely considering that's the market that made them a success in the first place.

Sadly I could barely see that trailer due to the camera work, but I'll keep an eye on this development. Wasn't a fan of Dear Esther, but with the way A Machine for Pigs is going, consider me interested

Here is a better video. Looks impressive. Still, bummed to hear that it may be PS4 exclusive. Really hope that changes post-release. At the very least.

I was so much looking forward to this game appearing on the PC - after all, it's been in development as a PC game for over a year (although pretty much in the background for some time due to TCR working on AAMFP); and now this PS4 exclusive - it feels like a slap in the face to all of the PC gamers who have supported TCR over the years (and no, I haven't forgotten all the work TCR have put into AAMFP). But to have a game 'promised' to you on one platform and then snatched away - well, that's pretty damn poor and, if nothing else, is bad PR.
Trying to put a positive 'spin' on this news, I can only hope that working with Sony is enabling TCR to make "...Rapture" even better than was originally planned. What burns me though is the fact that a PC version isn't guaranteed - now if TCR had said that the PS4 version was only an exclusive for, say, 3 months or so then fine - I'd be okay with that. But with no guarantee of a PC version I can only fear the worst.
