What graphics card do you have? Make sure you follow the graphics card troubleshooting guide to update your drivers and adjust the settings accordingly.

Onboard 128MB intel for Desktop
My pc is xp professional 32 bits
my drives are updated!

Your graphics card is likely below the requierments needed to run the game.

Use dxdiag (google it) to check your specific graphics card model and then go to the graphics card troubleshooting guide to see if it can run the game. Bare in mind that as Jens said Intel graphics cards are not supported.
