I know you all are probably tired of hearing this, but I CANNOT get past the dogs!! I outsmarted the one in the workshop, and got past the one at the drop gate. But I cannot deter, run from, or kill the two afterwards. I've read all the threads that I can find on the subject, and tried the suggestions therein. Any ideas for this poor, inept, gamer who is tired of listening to that @#@#$%%@ radio transmition from Red?? Can you outrun them here??

It's hard to believe that u can't kill the dogs. When you kill the dog, you must hit it several times (5 times?), not only once. Also u can run away!!!

If you're afraid of them, that can hurt your chances in killing them. being confident helps. also, once you knock them down, stay next to them, and swing that hammer/axe and they will just go down without a chance if fighting.
also, running away helps.
