Hi everyone,
my name is Moritz and I want to make a big custom story and I´m searching people they want to be an part of this.
I´m a software developer, and I have made two custom stories befor this. We currently have a team of 2 people. If you have fun to make a custom story with me, contact me please.[/font]

People are more likely to want to help you if you display some of your previous work. Use those 2 custom stories as examples, and that can add a lot to people's opinions. When you say big, how big do you mean? If it is a huge project that is estimated to take a year to finish, that is also an important thing to mention. You don't want people joining the project and give up a month later, but having a huge project without anything planned out can be a bit repulsive to many.
Perhaps throw out some ideas, screenshots, concept art, layouts, story etc. The more, the better. Make the thread as attractive as possible, and more people will wanna join you =)

The Alone 2 Trailer doesn't look impressive and you can see seams between walls and the lights look all white.

Stop seeking attention. Learn mapping and scripting first! And then make a custom story.
Not to be mean or something. I am just letting you know that you can't really create a big custom story when you are a beginner

How do you know that he doesn't know how to use level editor and how to script?
