Here i am again... (i am from german, sry for bad english)
I have buy me a new pc, and i want my Amnesia TDD install on it,
But i cant re-downloading the game, but i have buy it...
i go on this side: http://store2.esellerate.net/Store/Support/default.aspx
And enter my e-mail so i become my ordering number, i tipped in, but then i become the message:
Unable to complete your request...
The Frictional Games product line is not available through the eSellerate system.

Error: Pub_NotApproved
Can someone please help me? I want my game back ._.

I assume you already have the order number, right? Because the error message you received is only visible after logging in to eSellerate with the email and order number. Don't worry, you can re-download the game from https://shelf.frictionalgames.com/ using your login data
