I've tried several ways to have the game work properly, from running the exe in compatibility mode with various versions of Windows to no avail. Tried different levels of graphic levels from low to Medium and tried different resolutions. I also deleted my profile to try and create a new profile.
Steam version, fully updated including drivers. Windows 10 official release.

What is your problem specifically? You are unable to create a user account?
If it is the mouse being stuck in the top left corner when not playing Amnesia, that's a problem with the SDL.dll in the Amnesia folder. Downloading the updated one from here and replacing the Steam copy .dll should fix it.
