So, I got Amnesia:TDD yesterday, and finally got around to installing it today. However, as soon as I launched the game, it crashes and Blackbox pops up with "Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module Amnesia.exe at 001B:00000000". Attached is the hpl log asked for in other posts.
How do I get this game playable?

You're lacking video drivers or they are corrupt. Check out the Graphics Card Troubleshooting guide @Question 3.

Thanks! Unfortunately, the stupid update program doesn't wanna play nice with Windows XP. Eh, guess this means I try it on the laptop next.
