Can't read files - superluser - 09-03-2010
Hey, I'm missing can't read a couple of files and I don't seem to be able to run without them. Here's the end of the hpl.log:

ERROR: Could not open file /usr/local/games/AmnesiaDemo/fonts/font_default_00.dds for reading!
ERROR: Couldn't load bitmap / for FNT file '/'
ERROR: Could not open file /usr/local/games/AmnesiaDemo/textures/effects/colorconv_sepia.tga for reading!
ERROR: Texture manager Couldn't load bitmap '/'
EDIT: The Plot Thickens. I have those files, and the permissions are set to 664. They should be readable.

EDIT 3: Hrm. Demo works fin when running as root.
