I need a custom monster [I'll pay] - goodcap - 06-09-2016

I was wondering if there are still any modellers on this forum.
I need a custom monster for my mod, but I can't do it myself.

Babadook is such a fuckin lame name for a monster. Literally anything else would be better, for example "bubbles" spelled backwards: Selbbub. Or "horse". Esroh. Anything sounds more menacing than frikkin Babadook. Which is too bad because he is quite creepy.
(In case you don't know, I'm not shitting on goodcap's creation because the monster is from a movie)

Disregarding that rant, good luck finding someone. It's so hard and rare to have a new monster created that people go as far as copyrighting them. Having that in mind I would recommend having something more original done - unless you're making a story strictly related to the monster. And I admit that this would be a fairly simple model, so it might be easier to find someone.

I'm creating a story strictly related to the monster Wink
I won't be calling it Babadook, though

If I ever make something of worth, you're going in the credits for this. My eyes have been opened.

On-Topic: Seriously, good luck finding someone. There are likely a few modellers still lurking, but consider asking around on other modelling forums to see if you can snatch up someone who appears to be reputable and willing to work for you. The fact that you've mentioned payment should, in itself be enough to attract more modellers.

Hope all goes well! Smile

romulator -> rotalumor
darkfire -> erifkrad

both monsters are fun at parties.

Rotalumor actually sounds badass.
And to be square I'm usually the best male dancer around.

Yeah, checking out a modelling site might be the best option.

Ooprotcodeht doesn't have as nice a ring to it. Tongue

On-Topic: Try Blender Artists, some do requests if they are not difficult to model.

Kkallix baby...

Also you could try SketchFab for 3D stuff, you can see models of people's work and get in contact with artists there through their community.
