I've been having some issues with the game starting.
I have updated my graphics card, I updated the game.
I have downloaded the latest Amnesia files,
I have even lowered my setting to the lowest setting.
I really need help to play this game I just gotten two days ago.
I hope my HPL file will solve the issue.

You have an Intel graphics card. Which one is it? It might not be able to run the game.

Your hpl log says it's something with the graphics card, so if you have updated it it might be incompatible. Maybe try playing on a laptop or smth ?
