Soma will not start - Checked threads and drivers - Tzazen - 03-11-2017

I am trying to run SOMA and it is not starting.
OS - Windows 10 64bit
CPU - i5-2500K
RAM - 24gb
Graphics - GeForce GTX 960
I have updated my graphics drivers. OS is up to date

If I start from the Steam created icon:
POPUP - Preparing to Launch Soma...
This goes away and nothing

If I launch from Steam (Click Play) I see:
Play SOMA
Play MOD
I click Play SOMA and I get the POPUP
In steam I see
SOMA - Running
SOMA - Syncing
Then nothing.

If I try either Soma.EXE or Soma_NoSteam.exe i get the error:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.
I have tried to run as Administrator as well. My login is an Administrator.

I am not getting an HPL.LOG file. I don't think it is getting that far.
I did install C++ 2005 64 redis and I already have 2008 and 2010. I also have 2013. I have run all three from the SOMA install directory and ran the repair option.
I have checked DXDIAG and .NET framework. Both are the latest.

Please help. I have gone thru the guides and searched google.

Do you see a Soma.exe show up in the Task Manager after you click play in Steam?

From what I've read, this error means you're trying to load a program using conflicting architectures (32-bit vs 64-bit).

Some say running chkdsk can fix it.

Some say reinstalling .NET fixed it (not just updating).

Also reinstalling DirectX may fix it.

FIXED - Soma will not start - Checked threads and drivers - Tzazen - 03-12-2017

Based on this I ran AIO210 and rebooted again after Many updates. AIO zipped past most of it but it did seem to reinstall one or two things. After a couple reboots it is now working.
I believe it was one of the C++ versions.
Thanks
