I tried the compatibility mode (windows 7 and 8), started as admin but nothing works.
the "hpl.log" is attached.

From your log, I can see that your graphics driver is slightly out of date. It probably wouldn't hurt to give that an update.
Beyond that, you could try reinstalling SOMA and/or try the fix at the bottom of this page: https://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-4519-page-5.html

Hey there!
In addition to what has been said, if you have an integrated Intel card, and a dedicated nVidia GTX card, you may be interested as well in changing the following settings, but of course, changing them to suit running SOMA as opposed to Amnesia.
