So I've recently downloaded two custom stories, with the same problem. The doors that get you to new areas (That gives you a loading screen) wont work. I don't know how to resolve this, please help

It IS possible that it's an issue with the two custom stories you downloaded. Which ones was it?
You don't have this issue with the main game?
