I am looking for a good tutorial on how to use the dev. tools to make custom stories in amnesia. Thanks in Advance!

Alt + Middle Mouse Button, then drag.

Ok and also how do I rotate meshes like walls before I place them...

Make sure you follow the tutorial... There is a side bar on the right that has the tool to rotate.

I mean before I place them. I know how to rotate the object AFTER I place it but it is such a hassle for me....

You can duplicate already rotated object by selecting them and pressing CTRL+D
