i know it is already on this forum but i wont searching 36 pages O_o
Ok i only want know ... HOW create scripts (i mean what program i need for it) and HOW PUT THEM TO WORK! (i mean then i open door and grunt spawn behind me

Wrong section, you should post this in the "Custom Stories and Modifications" section. Oh well.
Read the tutorial on the wiki: http://wiki.frictionalgames.com/hpl2/tutorials/start
Be sure to check out the videos too, they explain some basic scripting!

How to create a script file: Open Editor / Notepad and save the file as .hps

Additionally, make sure you set Notepad++ to be configured with the custom HPL2 preferences. Follow the instructions here: http://wiki.frictionalgames.com/hpl2/third_party_tools/text/notepad
Follow the instructions listed under "Notepad++ Setup"
With this, it is MUCH easier to script for Amnesia, you will know what I mean when you set it up
