He called: Kai Rosenkranz
Not all of this soundtracks are from Kai Rosenkranz but he is the main composer.

Alexander Brandon's (Deus Ex, Jazz Jackrabbit, Unreal) music is what got me into video game music, but I doubt I could leave out the stuff from Tales of Symphonia, Touhou, the earlier Need for Speed titles (up to IV or V) Machinae Supremacy's Jets N Guns soundtrack, or Yume Miru Kusuri :3
