Amnesia.exe cause an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module
Amnesia.exe at 001B:00461DAA
This keeps popping up when I launch Amnesia (it pauses at 85%).
PLEASE help me... I'm a noob when it comes to computer. I just want to play this game...

Same thing keeps happening to me, I would love to know what is wrong with it.
EDIT: Since I saw a couple of other threads like this, I figured I would go ahead and post my HPL.

You have an integrated graphics chip, which in many cases does not work or in other cases needs to have the latest drivers available or using a third party driver like omega driver.

I have updated my drivers to the newest, and I installed the omega drivers which didn't seem to do much. I guess I'm just out of luck until I upgrade my computer?

God I hated my computer when I realized that I have to buy a new one to play this games (Dator på Rea. I tried to upgrade and searched for other options but no...)
....I cried a bit. But I follow lots of LP's on youtube instead. Better than nothing
How come we with the intel-crap cant play it? Why dont you like us? ):

Because Intel is a very small company and they can't afford to make proper OpenGL drivers. For Linux and Mac, where Intel themselves does not make the drivers, Amnesia works fine... go figure.

Oh well, sucks there is nothing I can do but I guess when I finally get the money to get a new computer the game will always be there.
