Screen Flicker Problem with Steam Version - taylormadegames - 06-22-2011

When I first installed the game, it ran fine. Now it seems to be going downhill. The screen flickers like crazy and I can't play or record it properly.

Looked around the internet for hours for patches, which don't work on steam, and the newest OpenGL patches, which only worked for a short time.

The only way the flickering goes away is if I turn on "anti-aliasing". Problem is, the screen-rate drops and makes it unplayable.

Can anyone help with this ASAP?
