Hey Xss ever heard about artificial voices? If you put some time into it you could make a really creepy voice. You could for example use this voice, then use a sound editing program to make it deeper.

Though I am just a voice actor, not a modder who needs voices: I guess JoeBradleyUK will let you know if he wants to use your artificial voices.
