I bought it even though I have never played Penumbra and I hate scary games. I just wanted to support a decent indie PC only developer.

It appears this is a bug with Firefox 3.6 and it also happens with other games. Basically don't have Firefox open when running the game and all will be fine.

Wish I'd gone with Steam in the first place now. It was 3 quid cheaper.

I have just bought it from the Frictional store, paying out an extra 3 quid over the Steam version becuase I thought i'd get a Steam key. I didn't get one :(.
