| Buy the game from steam.
Then download it from another page free, since you've alredy payd for the game ;), getting extra copies isnt ilegal, only if you sell them or publish them for download. |

| Windows 7 gives more FPS on games.
I can run Alone in the dark 1 on windows 7 and every single game without a problem ^_^. |

| If you downloaded the drivers from the official page then you where right, i'm using a desktop PC, i didnt knew that :o.
Its hard to know what to do without an error message.

| Lastes drivers of ATI are 10.9 wich are the ones that i'm using.
I couldnt launch amnesia and other games with the 10.8 drivers.
Hope it works for you, did it for me.
What OS are you using also?

| Becuase Small companies, if they get things bad(not fixing glitches and stuff), they will loose lots of people that buy they're games and probably stop making them.
