I thank you for helping friend, but I had tried it. in Nvidia control panel, it was choosen Performance, but no quality. and still 3 fps :(. something is wrong, but what ?

but it really hurted after opening game and to see 3 fps with patch again. plesae someone help, I can't play Amnesia :(((.. helppp
