Post: RE: Global horror mods for GTA 4

YOu can turn down the traffic/ped sliders and then it's like a ghost town. But for real now you're better off asking on GTAforums.

My favorite are the moment the large Theta doors open after the airlock, don't know why. Also when you wake up Wan with the computer and see your reflection. I also enjoyed exploring Delta and the ou...

Post: Playing without the music

I figured I'd start a playthrough without music, mainly because this provides a more authentic representation of Simon's experience without the spooky music. Oddly there is no option for music in the...

Yeah that second video is the bees knees. He talks about the video and content in the secret RAR file but also about unused assets in the game files.

Post: RE: Just finished the game, my opinion

IMO Soma is already on the pretty easy side, I can't think of any puzzles that are completely hopeless. But if the puzzles didn't prove any challenge to anyone at all you'd hardly be able to call them...

The continuety point is very valid, and a bit freaky to think about. He can't relive memories of his original, he only starts to exists once the copy is made, yet the way the game plays out is the con...

IMO the coin flip scenario only exists for the copy, and he always wins. If you seat yourself in a chair ready to be scanned, you will always continue on as the original. (since the copy hasn't yet b...

Post: RE: 2 years and no DLC/expansion!?

What would be difficult in making an expansion expanding on Simon's story is that we visited almost all of Pathos II, except maybe some unexplored areas in Upsylon and Theta. I think if they did make ...

I can't speak for either mode, but I can say some observations about "GodMode". This mode sometimes broke the game when an enemy caught you, requiring you to reset anyway and which kinda defeated the...

The dilemma is a bit the same as the other ones you're presented with though.. do you torture Carl, or kill him entirely... Do you leave Amy in a horrible state or kill her entirely, etc.

Hmm I suppose that kind of explains why Catherine mostly underestimates the WAU's intelligence, while Ross mentions the WAU gained a heightened sense of awareness.
