I just wanted to follow up and point out that the issue has been resolved with Catalyst Driver 13.4. I am now able to play the game without having to decrease the DPI scaling. Cheers!

Just tried with 12.10. Tried a few of the usual troubleshooting methods with that, and still nothing. Should I still try with the fresh HDD installs, or does this pretty much confirm I have a bad grap...

No luck. Tried it in windowed mode as well, and it still freezes on the loading screen when I click "start new game". I can still hear the music, though.

I double checked the known background processes, and I don't have any of those running. I also turned off my Windows Firewall and Antivirus, and it still didn't work. What else could it be?
