I'm still waiting for some technical support - what's with advertising it will run on Window's Vista when it will not???? Please help - this is crazy - how hard can it be?

I have a new Sony Vaio (bought in June) runs on Window's Vista - I installed Penumbra Overture. Once I start to play, the typing starts up and then it crashes. What can I do? Carrie
