Thing is other games are on steam store, months before release. And frictional games aren't anymore a very noob indie developers, SOMA could be on pre-order already...

Ok loaded patch4 and with MaxChannels="48" StreamBuffers="6" StreamBufferSize="32768" And it's pure perfect now, i think we closed this case/thread.

There will be some quality sound loss if i use MaxChannels="48" StreamBuffers="6" StreamBufferSize="32768", over the patch4 defaults with 64 channels etc ?

Why in the patch 4 you didn't put the default values with StreamBufferSize to 32768 in the first time, if people say to modify the stream buffers ?

Only at the piano is a minor stutter, the rest is very ok and smooth.

you can change ssao to high and the samples, doesn't affect anything regarding stutters.
