| I solved it, I guess the FPS limit was on, and whenever there was just a little stutter it would drop down to 30FPS then quickly shoot back up. Doesn't seem to be anymore stuttering. |

| I did, I reinstalled it 3 times, and verified the cache more than I can count.
Also when I verify the cache it replaces the devil files with older ones. |
