OK here's the thing. As Googolplex said my hpl file showed that the game is 1.2 and I JUST REINSTALED THE GAME. -_-. Looks like steam was mocking me. Anyway thanks for all of you who tried to help me.

No I got the Game From the Steam Auction (16 December) so It directly downloaded itself to 1.3

I verified it and the nocliping problem is gone but the spinning problem is still there and the sound was gone for a second :(. I uploaded the verified HPL.log
