So, here's what I have so far: The visible letters in the pictures, 7 for the number of zeros, and then 41 for the row of zeroes at the bottom. That's only 10 letters though and we need 11 for the Yo...

From the Tweet, maybe the picture gives us the # in '?v = tube/#/'. The YouTube video is unlocked, we just have to find the correct character string?
